Jefferson Lake Howell is a pet-friendly community! Cats and dogs are welcome. We allow two (2) pets per apartment with a maximum combined/single weight limit of 75 lbs. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet and $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions and other limitations apply. Please contact the leasing office for additional details.
